Detailed Product Description

The refractory cushion mortar series are produced using alumina-silica materials or silicon carbide as main starting materials, adding resin, inorganic binder and cushion material. The products are used to cushioning the thermal expansion stress as the filler of alumina silicate based or silicon carbide based refractory body of industrial furnaces, such as blast furnace, coke furnace, hot blast furnace.

The products have been successfully used in the BF and HBS of Jiuquan Steel, Lianyuan Steel, Sanming Steel, Zhangjiagang Steel, Nanning Steel, etc.

Used to fill the dilatation joint of lower part of convex stage of cooling stave, converse-buckled cooling wall and fill the dilatation joints of various lining bricks for BF and HBS.
