Detailed Product Description
The nitride bonded SiC kiln furniture is prepared with high purity silicon carbide and metallic silicon powders, fired by the nitridation reaction at high temperatures. It is characterized by good thermal shock resistance adn high hog strength etc. and is widely used in the industries of ceramics, electric porcelain and abrasive disks. It was awarded the "Third Prize of Science & Technology Progress" by the dormer Ministry of Metallurgy Industry in 1996. So far, the kiln furniture has been applied in approximately a hundred plants in China's ceramic industry with good performance and has exported to many countries such as Germany, Austria, Slovak, Brazil, Japan, India, Pakistan etc.
The silicon oxynitride bonded SiC kiln furniture is composite silicon carbide kiln furniture with SiC as main crystal phase and Si2N2O3 as main binding phase. It is prepared with silicon carbide and metallic silicon powder as main starting materials, firing at about 1500 celsius degree by high temperature nitridation reaction. Characterized by high strength, good oxidation resistance and good thermal shock resistance, it has been used in sanitary ceramic, electric porcelain, abrasive materials and tools, and high technology industry ceramics since 2002, and has been applied in above 80 related plants at home and abroad with good performances. It was awarded the "Second Prize of Science & Technology Progress of Luoyang. in 2005, "Third Prize of Metallurgical Science & Technology Progress' and National Key New Products in 2006.
The siloca bonded SiC kiln furniture is prepared with silicon carbide particles as aggregates, and silica as main binding phase, silicon carbide and silica as main starting materials, fired 1400-1500 celsius degree. It is characterized by high strength, good oxidation resistance and good thermal shock resistance etc. and is widely used in the industries of ceramics, electric porcelain and abrasive disks.
